Good to know.
Is this the official EPC register?
Yes. Results come from the government's official EPC register for England and Wales, which holds every certificate lodged since 2008.
Why can't I find my address?
Only properties that have had an EPC appear. If yours is not listed, it has probably never had one, and you will need one to sell or let.
My EPC has expired. What now?
You only need a new EPC when you sell, let or are asked for one. You can book a new one at a fixed price from £60.
Is the rating still accurate?
It shows your home as it was when it was assessed. Improvements since then, such as insulation, glazing or a new boiler, will not show until you have a new EPC.
